    Appalachian Voices brings people together to advance a just economic transition away from fossil fuels and toward a democratic and inclusive clean-energy future. They partner with impacted communities to strengthen environmental protections, enact equitable clean-energy policies, and secure investments in ecologically sound alternatives to extractive industries.

  • We Are Down Home

    We are Down Home (WDH) is a project to build a statewide organization of rural and small town communities that advocate for economic, gender, environmental, and racial justice. We will move North Carolina toward the values of dignity, safety, and inclusion through leadership development, strategic campaigning, multiracial movement building, and civic engagement that advances real reforms for rural communities.

    North Carolina A. Philip Randolph Institute aims to improve the quality of life for economically disadvantaged families by providing the necessary resources that improve their standard of living, foster self improvement, self empowerment, and self sufficiency.

  • Red-Tailed Hawk Collective

    The RedTailed Hawk Collective has actively worked with tribal nations and allies to expand the indigenous peoples who understand and engage in public decision making related to the environmental integrity of their territories.

    The North Carolina Black Alliance addresses policy and economic issues to enhance black communities by developing and promoting systemic policy change as well as youth and leadership development.

    Somos Siembra is a a pro-black, pro-queer, pro-trans, pro-women, pro-worker, pro-climate, pro-migrant,& pro-choice organization that organizes Latinxs in North Carolina to build power and create a North Carolina for all.

  • Climate and Jobs Roundtable

    The North Carolina Climate and Jobs Roundtable is a network of individuals from the worker’s rights, racial justice, and environmental movements in North Carolina. They are focused on building labor’s contribution to transforming our state’s economic and political systems towards a regenerative economy that supports workers, protects the environment, and paves the way for a sustainable future.
