    The Equity Fund’s Policy Accelerator has updated our most-requested Policy Playbook, "Utility Reform and Renewable Energy Targets." The playbook compiles the strongest legislative plays in the last three years from advocates across the country who are working to bring equitable access to clean energy, transparency and accountability to utilities, and establish energy democracy at the state level.
