    This case study conducted by the Climate Advocacy Lab examines the strategies deployed by the Equity Fund and its allied funders to support an inclusive movement and field infrastructure that led to significant policy victories in Minnesota—including the state’s 2023 100% clean energy law. The report elevates the movement-building, resource mobilization, and grantmaking approaches behind the coalition that led the campaign for 100% clean energy, and the climate equity, clean energy, and health equity victories along the way.
