Event Planning Consultant
The Climate and Clean Energy Equity Fund invites proposals from qualified events consultants or facilitators to collaborate with our staff team in planning and executing the 2026 National Grantee Summit. This summit will likely take place in a major US city in Spring 2026 and will bring together approximately 300 participants from across the country over the course of 3 days.

Vice President of Development
With public investments in clean energy transition accelerating, the Climate and Clean Energy Equity Fund established a new, independent institution in 2024 to expand the collective impact of the growing and dynamic ecosystem of grassroots organizations we support.
Poised for significant growth, the Equity Fund is growing its executive leadership structure and operating model to lead effective strategy, systems, and culture for the team. To that end, we are inviting nominations and applications for the position of Vice President of Development, a role that will provide important executive leadership to both our 501(c)(3) and our 501(c)(4), the Climate Equity Action Fund, and the field of climate philanthropy.

Director of Finance
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Finance to join our management team at the Climate and Clean Energy Equity Fund. This full-time, exempt position reports to the Chief of Staff and Executive Vice President of Operations and Strategy and plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Equity Fundʼs finance and accounting operations.
In partnership with the Chief of Staff, the Director of Finance is responsible for managing the Equity Fundʼs financial health, including revenue, expenditures, cash flow, and asset management. Working closely with outsourced finance and accounting partners, this role ensures the efficiency and integrity of all financial operations, including the timely and accurate disbursement of grant funds.
This is a unique opportunity for a mission-driven finance professional to support impactful grant-making efforts and help advance equity in the climate and clean energy space.
Development Manager
The Development Manager is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of work that contributes to the implementation of key goals and deliverables for the Equity Fund’s development (fundraising) and strategic partnership goals and workstreams. This includes meeting deliverables related to cultivating and managing new and existing funder relationships, helping expand our resources, and leading the implementation of a multi-year strategy to grow and deepen philanthropic partnerships.
Successful Development Manager candidates will have demonstrated expertise in funder portfolio management and be able to travel domestically up to 15% annually to offsite meetings and other Equity Fund events.
